TinyMailPanels

All your Gmail accounts.
One native window.

Every account signed in at once, each showing the real Gmail — not an API. Split the window into up to four panes and read them side by side. Native macOS, not a browser tab.

Features

The sidebar

All your accounts, one list

Add every Gmail account to the sidebar — name it, give it a colour, drag it into order. An unread badge on each shows where new mail landed without opening a thing, and a combined count sits on the Dock icon.

Real Gmail

The real Gmail, not an API

Each account opens the actual Gmail web interface in a native window — filters, labels, keyboard shortcuts, even Gemini in Gmail if your plan has it. Nothing is re-implemented, so nothing goes missing.

Split panes

Up to four, side by side

Split the window like a terminal — horizontally or vertically, up to four panes. Put a different account in each, or the same account twice. Your layout comes back the next time you open the app.

Why TinyMailPanels

One native window for the way you actually use Gmail — several accounts at once, isolated, and sold once.

Native & light

Built in SwiftUI and AppKit on Apple Silicon. System WebKit, no bundled Chromium — and only the panes you're looking at hold a web view, so memory stays in check.

Sessions never mix

Each account gets its own isolated cookie store. Two accounts, two logins, zero cross-talk — and they all stay signed in after you quit and reopen.

Up to four panes

Read four inboxes at once with Ghostty-style splits. Any account in any pane, or the same account in two — whatever fits your day. The layout is restored on launch.

Unread at a glance

A badge on every account in the sidebar, plus a combined count on the Dock icon. See what's waiting before you open a single thread.

Links go where they belong

Gmail's own navigation stays in the app, and the Google sign-in flow works inside it. Everything else — the links in your mail — opens in your default browser.

Buy once

One purchase unlocks everything, forever within 1.x. A 14-day trial up front — no subscription, no account, no per-seat billing. Your license is verified offline — no account, no license server.

How it works

Add your accounts, sign in once, and read them side by side.

1

Add your accounts

Click + in the sidebar for each Gmail account. Name and colour them so you can tell them apart at a glance.

2

Open an account and log in to Google the normal way — password and 2FA. Each account keeps its own session, so you sign in just once.

3

Split into panes

Split the window horizontally or vertically, up to four panes, and drop a different account into each.

4

Just read

Unread badges tell you where new mail is. Open a thread, reply, and links open in your browser — TinyMailPanels stays out of the way.
